Bouyant Hardware Sector Awaits Taiwan Hardware Show's 16th return

Asia’s premium hardware event, the Taiwan Hardware Show (THS) will come back in high momentum this 12 to 14 October 2016 as promising market developments reign. Brought together for the 16th time by Taiwan’s leading trade fair organizer, Kaigo Co., Ltd, the exhibition will be staged at the heart of Taiwan’s largest hardware cluster in the Greater Taichung International Expo Centre. Multinational hardware producers and Taiwan’s top businesses in the industry will showcase their latest product offerings across eight categories - Tools & Accessories, Locks & Fittings, Fasteners & Fittings, Building Supplies, Garden & Outdoor Equipment, Automotive Supplies & Accessories, Machines & Plant Equipment, and Safety Equipment & Products.

Returning bigger and better, THS 2016 is expected to feature some 400 international and domestic hardware companies hosting around 28,000 visitors comprising top decision makers and serious buyers, business owners, potential offshore distributors and trade agents. Last year, the Taiwan Hardware Show attracted 382 exhibiting companies and 26,865 visitors, of which 3,769 came from overseas including Australia, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Russia, Singapore and United States. This year, visitors can expect an equally or more fruitful experience as THS continues its suite of insightful industry seminars held on-site at the exhibition venue.
With 95% of exhibitors being satisfied with the quality and number of visitors at the 2015 edition, almost 83% of them have confirmed their participation for THS 2016. Mr Keim highlighted that, “with the high pre-bookings rate factored in for many returning exhibitors, we are set to return with an extra hall to also welcome more new exhibitors especially those from international companies.” THS 2016 will cover a larger show floor area of 16,100 sqm.
